Job Summary The Host embodies a guest’s initial experience, emotion and expectation of our restaurant the moment they walk through our doors. The ideal host is naturally friendly, gracious, and hospitable. They are inviting and organized under pressure, and always strive to accommodate requests while delivering exceptional guest service. Hosts have the unique opportunity to make each guest’s experience positively memorable.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet arriving guests and escort them to their designated table. Accommodate any requests and ensure guests are comfortable.

Organize the pace of the dining room and ensure an even and measured flow of service

Update and print menus confirming they reflect daily and seasonal changes to our food and beverage programs.

Maintain detailed guest logs.

Minimum Requirements:

Friendly, hospitable, and positive attitude.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Great communication skills

Calm demeanor under pressure

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
