Details:
Dishwasher:
-Clean dishes, utensils, pots, and pans following established dishwashing methods and return to appropriate areas
-Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment and surfaces
-Assist in bussing customer dishes in dining areas
-Empty and clean trash receptacles regularly
-Assist with kitchen maintenance tasks as needed
-Food Safety: Adhere to food safety standards, including proper food handling, storage, and temperature control, to prevent contamination and ensure food quality
Pay Rates and Benefits:
$18.00-$19.00
401k after 3 months of employment
Free meal every shift
Tips ranging $3.00-$6.00/hour
Weekend and evening availability needed

Line/ Prep Cook:
-Adhere to all duties of dishwasher and prep dishwasher
-Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
-Coordinate cooking times with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service
-Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and equipment
-Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning

$18.50-$21.00
