HIRING: Food Runner and Busser for Fine Dining Restaurant

Location: Downtown Santa Cruz

Salary: $16 an hour.

Tip Income: Yes, FOH tip share.

Schedule: Part-time;

Availability: Busser: Tuesdays-Thursdays, lunch preferred.

Food Runner: Tuesdays-Saturdays lunch and dinner.

Our fast-paced environment is perfect for highly motivated individuals who thrive under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor.

Busser Role Overview:

Clean/Set up tables. Remove and replace empty water bottles at tables.

Food Runner Role Overview:

Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately.

Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food.

Assist in setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins, and decorations

Handle various impromptu requests from customers

Key Responsibilities:

Work effectively under pressure and maintain a clean work environment.

Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies for the Busser Stations.

Fast and Efficient.

Maintain a professional appearance and be adaptable to various tasks.

Requirements:

Clean/Set up tables. Remove and replace empty water bottles at tables.

Pre-clean plates of large food waste for the dishwasher.

Any other assigned duties as needed,
