LELÉ KITCHEN – a well-established, 47-seat restaurant in Los Gatos is seeking a talented and passionate Captain. Our concept blends California farm-to-table menu with nostalgic Eastern European flavors, paired exclusively with California-made beverages. Opportunity for growth into Lead Captain and Assistant Beverage Director roles is available for the right candidate.
HOURS: opening at 5:00 PM
Monday – last reservation at 8:15 PM
Tuesday – closed
Wednesday – closed
Thursday – last reservation at 8:15 PM
Sunday – last reservation at 8:45 PM
Friday – last reservation at 8:45 PM
Saturday – last reservation at 8:15 PM
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in fine dining establishments;
- Strong knowledge of different types of ingredients and beverages;
- Ability to upsell and recommend wine pairings;
- Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Certification or training in sommelier studies is a plus;
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Authorized to work in the US;
- California Food Handler Card;
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certificate;
