Join the opening team of an elevated traditional Mexican restaurant in a NEW, prime location on busy Lakeshore/Piedmont district, led by a celebrated chef with over 20 years of experience in authentic Mexican cuisine.
The location (Formally Shakewell) holds a unique place in Lakeshore's social community and with our vibrant lunch/ dinner/ & new brunch & cocktail menu we expect lots of traffic in the months to come!
We’re looking for people who are passionate about food and wine, love creating memorable experiences, and thrive in fast-paced environments—especially those with a genuine interest in Latin cuisine and spirits.
We’re looking for:
- Full-time & part-time staff for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch
- Weekend availability is required
- 2+ years craft cocktail experience in upscale or high-volume settings
- Agave spirit knowledge (tequila, mezcal, etc.) preferred
- Familiarity with batching techniques is a plus
What you’ll do:
- Craft and serve high-quality cocktails
- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable guest service
- Keep the bar organized, clean, and well-stocked
- Share your passion for cocktails and spirits
