Dishwashing is an important position and essential to a restaurant. It's a job deserve so much respect and we all do dishwashing by ourselves. as a busy high volume restaurant, we are looking for a dishwasher during our service to focus on dishwashing, together with us to provide great service to our customers. We are :
- a 1 year new full service restaurant with a small team, serving quality dishes with ceramics silverwares . During summer time we are pretty much high pace high volumes
- We have a really nice dishwashing working area in open kitchen, open and airy, we pay well for dishwasher (hourly rate + shared tips). we have really good team always help each other. We want to find a really good team member who are a team player and can help us to run the dishwashing for the dinner time.
- This position is part of Kitchen BOH team. require professional restaurant working experience, you are just like our line cook, need to keep solving the problem and find out how to handle dishes in different context.
- This position has to communicate fluently with English. English-speaking only.
- This position is great for you if you are a beginner working in professional kitchen and eager to grow your career working for professional kitchen. it will also be a great fit if you are already a line cook or a prep cook and looking for a 2nd job washing dishes because you already equip with the right mindset.

[JOB DESCRIPTION]
- Wash dishes, glasses, pans and pots , dry dishes . We do have a big dishwashing machine. our dishwashing space is also big and comfortable , which is very rare, and nice!
- Available Working Shift : Dinner time Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. 4:3011:00 or til you finish
- 4:305:30, you will wash the kitchen pans pots and trays
- Able to expedite specific dishes when service needs any specific dishes
- Need to care about the working environment cleaness
- For delicate plates , we will need to handwash the dishes
- 5:309:30, focus on washing dishes and glassware for the floor. You will wash and dry the dishes and silverwares, make sure dining floor is well supplied with all the plates and silverwares
- you need to support basic prep during the service during the downtime or when urgently needed
- after the shift you need to clean the dishwashing machine and drains, sweep your working area
- You can start with 2 days a week, after you are fully trained we will onboard you full time
- We have very competitive pay . It's hourly based and our dishwashing position also shared tips. please make sure you are willing to challenge yourself to do a good job!
[Compensation]
- Training period $18+tips, we will teach you our system and you will start to catchup with the speed, usually new dishwasher needs 24 weeks to catchup with the speed. as soon as you catchup with the speed, we can pay up to $21/hour + Tips

- You MUST have working experiences in professional kitchen. We are a high paced professional kitchen. You need to know how to dish-washing with efficiency . (please let us know whether you work before when apply)

- Able to stand for 7 hours, able to lift 40 lb

3. Step3: you will need to train yourself to catchup with our speed and requirements as soon as possible within 34 weeks, once reach our standard, we will start to pay $19$21 / hours to you
