Schedule:
Looking for a full-time busser. 5 shifts - nights and weekends.
The Role:
The busser at NOVY runs water to tables, helps pre-bus tables, cleans and resets tables, runs food, restocks glasses and silverware, and completes side-work.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist the servers
Run waters to tables
Pre-bus tables
Bus and reset tables
Help run food
Complete assigned sidework
Keep a clean and orderly workspace at all times
Follow all procedures as required by local, state, and federal health codes
Other duties as directed by the managers
The Environment:
Fast-paced full-service restaurant setting
Standing or walking for duration of shift
Pace can range from relaxed to very fast
