We are seeking passionate, self-motivated “Front of the House” Supervisor/Server that can promote the values and culture of our company through professional leadership to our employees. This is an hourly position that reports directly to General Manager and/or Assistance Manager and indirectly to others in corporate management.
The position is responsible for assisting the Management in overseeing the FOH operations. The FOH Supervisor focuses more on supervision, costumer care and guest experience that optimize profit, safe and positive work environment. The FOH will lead and delegate to achieve objectives in sales, costs, retention, customer service, work quality, overall look in all areas of operation. The position provides leadership guidance and communicates the Company’s standards, expectations, vision and values. We are looking for individuals who will be the face of our restaurant, have a passion for creating exceptional and responsible guest experiences.

Knowledge of food and beverage/restaurant.
Ability to operate a cash register/POS system.
Understand store level financial reports and supporting documents.
Knowledge of procedures and safety and sanitation.
Knowledge of company established standards of service, alcohol service, training guides and other policies.
Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
Excellent customer service skills, energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations.
Must be able to build and maintain a positive rapport with other individuals.
Bi-Lingual is a plus
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
Availability to work a flexible schedule, often including evenings, weekends and holidays
Able to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and regularly lift up and move to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds.
Frequently required to use hand-to-finger motions, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms.
Able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting.
Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting and lifting products. Repetitive hand and wrist motion; working with and around hot and cold in a fast paced and congested environment that will occasionally be loud and/or physically demanding.
