Square Pie Guys, a nationally acclaimed Detroit-style pizza Restaurant, has experienced remarkable growth since our inception as a pop-up in September 2018. In less than a year, we opened our first location. We have since expanded to two brick-and-mortar locations and nine licensed ghost kitchens throughout the Bay Area, with soaring sales and recognition from the SF Chronicle, Eater Infatuation, and Thrillist.
As a Front Of House team member, your role will primarily involve efficiently managing all to-go and dine-in orders for our guests and coordinating with delivery drivers from our partners. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to engage with our guests, enriching their dine-in experience.
This job requires you to collaborate and effectively communicate with your team members, managers, and guests. During slower shifts, one individual may manage this role; however, on busier evenings, the team may consist of 3-4 individuals working alongside you.
FOH/Cashier/Guest Service
Maintain a clean and tidy station in the most visible part of our restaurant, including lobby/drink area/bagging stations
The role is very guest-facing, and we are looking for someone who is extremely comfortable with engaging our awesome guests through table touching, cashier station transactions, or when running food
Some of our hard skill requirements are being able to pour beverages for guests, restocking drinks & paper items, running dirty dishes to our dishwashing team, cleaning tables/high chairs, bathrooms, etc
Soft skills that we require include comfort in having fun conversations with our guests, team members, and leaders
Ideal Candidate
May have some restaurant experience, but prior experience is not required
Able to problem solve and find resolution to guest interactions and feedback

Proactive (finding things to do during any slow time)

Pay: $22.07 - $24.07 per hour (total pay including tips)
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
