The Inn at the Tides is looking for a Front Desk Clerk:
Responsibilities:
Lead the Front Desk in day-to-day duties
Greet and assist guests with the highest level of customer service
Provides value added service by meeting and anticipating guest needs and expectations
Resolves guest concerns in a thoughtful manner while maintaining hotel standards
Requirements:
Weekends a must, both Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Minimum of one year previous front office experience preferred. (willing to train the right candidate)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management Software
Excellent customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Meet and assist a multitude of people in an environment that is breathatking and serene
