We are representing this wonderful, down to earth family of 4 in Danville who are looking for a private chef to join their family for many years to come.
The ideal candidate is someone who has both restaurant and cooking in a private home experience. The family would like lunch and dinner service and simple breakfasts such as green juice, muffins, etc prepped the night before. They would love a chef who is creative and has able to cook a variety of cuisines.
Lunch: Can be pre-prepared as well
Dinner: Typically at 5:00 PM, served plated or family-style depending on the occasion
Dietary Preferences & Requirements
Cuisine Focus: Clean, healthy, organic, locally sourced meals focus on, lean protein, veggies, fruits, grains
Preferred Foods: Fruits, vegetables, pasta, seafood
Dietary Needs:
Mom follows an AIP (Autoimmune Protocol) diet due to autoimmune and must be gluten free. She is fine with heating up her meals separately.
No alcohol in cooking
Cooking Oils: Organic avocado oil, coconut oil, and extra-virgin olive oil (no seed oils)
Experience Requirements
3 or more years of experience working in a private home with excellent references.
Educational Requirements
Culinary Degree preferred
Qualifications
Must be able to travel over the summer for 1 to 2 weeks
Warm and cheerful with a sense of humor
