2+ years of current fine dining server experience in high-volume environments
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Genuine passion for hospitality, food, wine, and spirits
Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50lbs as required
Flexible schedule including availability for weekends and holidays
