Position Summary:
Provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds the guest’s expectation. Provide food and beverage service and hospitality that meets Cornerstone’s standards and procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
A passion for hospitality and desire to take care of guests
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment yet can pay attention to the details
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
Maintain a clean and organized bar at all times
Validate customer’s identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
Handle cash transactions and operate the POS
Upsell and suggestive selling when appropriate
Create fun and creative featured cocktails
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Two years full-service bartending experience
Experience with POS systems
Current RBS and Food Handlers card or the ability to obtain within thirty days of hiring
Proficient beer knowledge

Serve food and beverages to guests quickly and accurately
Clean and prepare the dining areas
Greet and make all guests feel welcome
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
Clear dirty dishes after guests have finished their meals
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure a seamless dining experience
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience with POS systems
