Working under the direction of the Food Service Manager you will prepare food in sufficient quantity and quality incorporating safety standards, sanitation standards, and all Food Service requirements, while meeting service schedule.
: Prepare meals and provide service for a Dining Room, Care Center, tray service, function, and/or special events.
: Plan and prepare food in sufficient amounts to be ready and delivered at specified times.
: Serve, hold, and store food according to Health Department standards.
: Safely operates a variety of kitchen equipment including dish machine.
: Three (3) years food production experience required, One (1) year experience as a cook required.
: Safe Service Certificate preferred but not required.
