Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Commission-Based Event Booker. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, booking, and managing events at our esteemed establishment. From corporate gatherings and private parties to live performances and themed nights, you will play a pivotal role in curating experiences that resonate with our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate relationships with event organizers, corporate clients, and party planners.
Actively prospect and generate leads for event bookings through networking, outreach, and partnerships.
Collaborate with the management team to develop event packages, pricing strategies, and promotional materials.
Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and vendor management.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination between clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
Proven experience in event planning, sales, or hospitality, with a track record of successful event bookings.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
