One Fish Raw Bar is seeking a culinary staff member. One Fish kitchen is led by Chef De Cuisine Edalyn Garcia. Chef has extensive experience in fine dining kitchens, including an Executive Chef role at the Village Pub, a CDC role at Pomet, and many years in management positions at The Plumed Horse.

One of our primary goals is to abolish the division of back of house and front of house and create one cohesive team. This hybrid model allows us to give cooks a significant portion of the tip pool. Cooks will assist in running food and describing dishes, and service staff alike will assist the kitchen when in need. One team, with a goal, to deliver excellent hospitality.

Our culinary program will focus on sourcing the best ingredients from across the globe and preparing those ingredients with the utmost respect.

In order to cater to a broad clientele we will offer different experiences to fit the guests needs. An exclusive tasting menu will be offered at our sashimi bar, and shared plates style format will be available for all other guests.

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking staff members with a desire to learn and grow with our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining and a desire to cook at a high level in a fast paced environment.
