Che Fico Pizzeria is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team!
About us:
Che Fico Pizzeria is the newest outlet in the Che Fico family of restaurants opening Fall 2024. The original Che Fico is located in the NoPa neighborhood and is a California-Italian restaurant. The flagship location opened in Spring of 2018 and was shortly thereafter named one of Bon Appetit's Hot 10 New Restaurants. The restaurant features handmade pasta, pizza, salumi, wood-fired meats and other dishes utilizing local California ingredients as if the Bay Area were a region of Italy. Che Fico has a robust craft cocktail program, as well as a very developed wine and beverage program highlighting California and Italy.
Che Fico Pizzeria is located in Thrive City, directly adjacent to the Chase Center. This location will be fun, fast-paced, and community oriented. While pizza will of course be the focus, we will also feature a dynamic menu including antipasti and sandwiches, as well as fabulous gelato! Che Fico Pizzeria is first and foremost a San Francisco restaurant and it will establish itself as a member of the community through warm hospitality and a generous spirit.

About the Position:
We source products from many extraordinary local farms whom we have direct relationships with and will work to expand your product knowledge base - our team visits three bay area markets every week to source the best product possible. We offer interdepartmental education opportunities throughout the restaurant allowing our team members to grow their skill base.

Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 based on experience

Candidates must have four years of cooking experience, previous management experience, a great attitude, a good sense of humor, drive, dedication to their craft, and a true willingness to learn. Experience in Italian cuisine is a plus, but not required.
