FLOOR MANAGER — CAVAÑA | SAN FRANCISCO, CA

Cavaña is a high-energy Latin American cocktail bar perched atop the LUMA Hotel in San Francisco’s Mission Bay. Founded by hospitality veterans John Park (Brick x Brick Hospitality) and Anthony Parks (True Hospitality Group), Cavaña celebrates the vibrant spirit of Central and South America through bold cocktails, a deep selection of agave and sugarcane distillates, and panoramic rooftop views of the city skyline and surrounding Bay.

We’re seeking an experienced Floor Manager to help lead our front-of-house team and uphold our commitment to elevated service, dynamic energy, and hospitality excellence.

THE ROLE

As Floor Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and leading a talented team with confidence and enthusiasm. You set the tone—your energy, attitude, and focus will shape both the guest experience and the internal culture. You’re hands-on, solutions-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead daily FOH operations and ensure smooth, efficient service across all areas.

Support, coach, and motivate staff through ongoing training and clear communication.

Uphold Cavaña’s service standards and ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.

Collaborate with the leadership team to execute service strategies and optimize workflows.

Maintain compliance with all safety, health, and operational protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Jump in wherever needed—this is a working leadership role.

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience in a floor or FOH management role, preferably in a cocktail-focused or high-volume setting.

Strong familiarity with Smarttab POS is a plus.

Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

Clear communicator with strong emotional intelligence.

Calm under pressure, highly organized, and detail-driven.

Passionate about hospitality, Latin American culture, and great music.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive pay, commensurate with experience.

Health insurance.

Paid time off and vacation days.

Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding hospitality group.

If you’re ready to bring your leadership skills to one of San Francisco’s most exciting rooftop venues, we’d love to connect. Please send your resume and a brief note about your background and interest in the role. Qualified candidates will be contacted for interviews.
