About Us:
Join the team of an exciting, high-volume, fast-casual Cali-Mex concept! Known for our bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and modern brand, we’re redefining the Cali-Mex dining experience.
Pay: $19/hour plus tips
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Understand all components of our food program and be able to communicate efficiently to guests.
- Process a high volume of orders quickly and accurately through multiple platforms, including in-house POS, online delivery apps, and online orders.
- Manage multiple payment methods, ensuring proper handling of cash, credit, and digital transactions.
- Coordinate with the expo and kitchen teams to ensure seamless order flow and accurate packaging for takeout and delivery.
- Verify order details, modifications, and special requests to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with guests, delivery drivers, and team members to streamline pickup and handoff processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized register and service area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist in reconciling end-of-shift transactions and reporting any discrepancies.
- Restock paper bags, napkins, utensils, and condiments as needed.

- Walk and stand during the entire shift.
- Continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, and wipe.
- Remain stationary for long periods of time.
- Frequently wash and sanitize hands.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Be able to manipulate fingers, hands and arms to cut, measure, pour, serve, carry and wipe.
- Be able to hear and talk.
- Good close and distance vision and ability to adjust between the two.
