Are you passionate about crafting the perfect cup of coffee and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for customers? If so, Stanford Alumni Cafe is looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages with precision and care
- Assist in the creation and presentation of our scrumptious pastries and sandwiches
- Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Handle cash transactions and operate the register with accuracy
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
