Mad Batter Cakery is a dedicated gluten-free bakery in the North Bay, and we’re on the hunt for a talented Cake Decorator/Baker with a touch of managerial know-how to join our eccentric, flour-dusted crew.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Ice and finish cakes with speed, precision, and consistency
Create custom decorations when inspiration (or an order) calls
Track inventory and maintain par levels
Build weekly shopping lists for both regular and custom orders
Manage our online order calendar
Keep your station clean (dishes included—we all pitch in!)
Collaborate with the owner and team to keep the bakery humming smoothly
WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:
At least 1 year of commercial bakery experience preferred
Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
Well-organized, reliable, self-starter
Comfortable working solo or as part of a team
A love for both the artistry and the technical craft of baking
Speed and consistency in icing and decorating cakes

DETAILS:
Part-time: 3 days/week (possibly 4), 5–6 hours/day
