Production Baker:
We’re a small, busy catering café known for great food, consistency, and quality. We’re looking for an extra set of hands in our bakery department to help keep things running smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
Someone dependable who can work a few early morning shifts (starting around 4am).
A quick learner who can be shown how we do things — and repeat it with consistency.
Team player with good attention to detail.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to keep pace in a production kitchen.
What you’ll do:
Assist with bakery production (we’ll train you on our methods).
Follow recipes and processes to maintain consistency.
Help keep the bakery area organized and clean.
No professional baking experience required — just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to quality.
