Bookies Pizza is located inside of Sante Adarius’s Water St. Portal! We serve Detroit square pies and work closely with a number of local farms.

Pay is $23 per hour ($18 per hour + an average of $5 per hour in tips) + pizza and beer. Chef/owner
was formerly a sous chef at Manresa (the Michelin 3-Star in Los Gatos).
The right candidate is passionate about good food, inspired by super local and hyper seasonal ingredients, has exceptional attention to detail, and is ready to work hard. If you have experience that’s awesome and please tell us about it. If you don’t, that’s also okay. Anyone who appreciates good food and wants to learn is encouraged to apply.
