Belotti Ristorante e Bottega is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team. We are a small family-run restaurant located in the charming Rockridge neighborhood in Oakland, specializing in northern Italian food. We are known for our fresh hand-made artisanal pasta that's built up a following in the east bay!
Currently we are looking for an individual who is open to be cross-trained for multiple roles in the restaurant (bartender/server, host). The ideal individual will have about 25-36 hr/week (4-6 shifts/week) and would need to have the below characteristics:
1) energetic, reliable, friendly, and a quick learner
2) minimum 2 yrs of restaurant experience
3) flexible schedule that can accommodate a combination of AM and PM shifts throughout the week (we are open Monday through Saturday)
4) experience with POS (Toast or any tablet-based system) and reservation system (Resy or Opentable)
5) team-orientated and self-motivating go getter, quick learner and can take constructive feedback
6) able to react fast and remain calm and composed under fast-paced environment.
