BARTENDERS & BARBACKS NEEDED DOWNTOWN SANTA CRUZ
Motiv Night Club and Ulterior craft cocktail bar are looking for new bartenders and new barbacks for part time positions! Come work with a small friendly staff who enjoy working in fast paced environments.
BARTENDERS:
Looking for someone who is hardworking, able to multitask, and can deliver an engaging and pleasant experience to our guests.
Additionally, you would have a base level of spirit knowledge, as well as knowing how to make a variety of cocktails consistently and with attention to detail.
Experience preferred.
BARBACKS:
This position would require you to be fast working while still being detail driven and attentive to assist the bartender on weekends by doing dishes, keeping the bar clean and tidy, clearing tables, and getting them extra supplies as needed.
No experience needed.
