The Basics
Provide award-winning mixology menu
Serve cocktails with efficiency and accuracy
Interact with guests, take orders and serve food and drinks
Read customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
Maintain an impeccably clean and organized work environment
Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and suppliesStay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Support the Pelagic founders in establishing the finest service levels on the Coast
4.8+ stars on average for Yelp, Facebook, etc.
Provide content for social media
Be a brand ambassador within the community
Serving customers with a smile and a genuine conversation (yes, even in the kitchen)
Serving up ridiculously tasty food in a fun and authentic way
Cleaning the restaurant until it shines (because anything less doesn’t change the world!)
