Line Cook
Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations.
Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks
Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance
Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
Prep Cook-
Storing Food items, Follow Daily Prep lists, Washing/storing items, Labeling items,
Performing other kitchen duties assigned.
Bartender-
Provides a pleasant drinking experience to customers.
Serves drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area.
Attends to the detail and presentation of each order.
Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes.
Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.
Coordinates daily supply inventory for bar and submits orders to supervisor; assists with receipt of deliveries.
Expo-
Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the waiters to the kitchen
Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority
Assist in the final preparation of dishes
Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation and temperature
Deliver orders to maintain fast service
Server-
Take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure these are given to the
appropriate person to execute (i.e. kitchen staff, etc.).
Maintain familiarity with the composition of all menu items, including items
available at the bar.
Serve food and beverages in a professional, courteous manner in accordance
with company standards.
Clean designated areas, in accordance with company procedures, including
opening and closing routines and following hygiene requirements
