Position Summary
We seek a positive, service oriented, energetic and self-motivated Bartender. The Bartender will work closely with the Food and Beverage department team as well as other departments of the hotel. The successful candidate will be welcoming with friendly attitude, be team orientated, be efficient and a good problem solver. The hospitality industry is unique in that it requires commitment 24 hours a day. Providing our guests with a great experience and anticipating needs to achieve the best possible service in the most caring and courteous manner so they will want to come back for more.
Responsibilities
Preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
Assessing customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
