Oak & Rye in downtown Los Gatos is currently hiring a bartender for our busy, fast-paced restaurant. We are looking for someone with strong experience behind the bar, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for craft cocktails and quality ingredients.
Current Shifts Available:
Sunday night
Monday night
Thursday night
Additional Hours:
Server shifts may be available for candidates looking to pick up extra shifts or transition into a full-time role.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain composure under pressure
Excellent communication and hospitality skills
