Barley & Bine is a restaurant located on the south end of Windsor (near Russian River Brewing) with 32 beers, 2 ciders and 4 wines on draft. We have a fun work environment, however, we are very busy in the evenings and on weekends so you must be hard-working, efficient, able to multi-task, and work well within a team
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to guests, maximizing the customer experience.
Respond promptly and appropriately to guest requests and concerns.
Run food from the kitchen, bus tables and maintain clean restaurant and bar area.
Complete daily side work.
Follow checklists and standard operating procedures.
Operate POS system (we use Square).
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have at least 1 year experience of bar or restaurant service.
Must be efficient, dependable, and work well as part of a team that equally contributes.
Must be available to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Able to multi-task, work at a fast pace, and deal with stressful situations.
Some passion and knowledge about craft beer and the craft beer industry preferred.
Possess knowledge and enforcement of ABC laws.
Able to lift heavy objects (25-50 lbs.) and change kegs.
If you do not already have, we require Serve Safe Food Handlers Certification within 1 month of hiring.
