Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests as they arrive, and make them feel at home.
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including espresso, coffee, beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Keep the work space clean and organized, and maintain inventory levels.
Collect payment and operate the cash register in a responsible manner.
Ensure that guests are satisfied with their drinks and overall experience.
Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and glassware.
Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Must be both fast and precise.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as barista with an interest in also learning to bar tend?
Strong knowledge of different espresso drinks and a desire to learn about beer, wine, and spirits, and a variety of cocktails and other drinks.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse group of people in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid RBS card and workplace harrassment cert.
