Assistant Manager/Shift Leader

doña restaurant on Piedmont Ave is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager. We are a super busy and lively restaurant that has great Mexican influenced food that is served in a fast-casual but upscale environment. We strive to serve excellent cocktails and delicious food and make sure our guests are having a good time. We are looking for an assistant manager to add to the team who has some ( 3-5 years) industry experience, but this is an entry level manager position and we will train if you are motivated and are ready to make the leap. We want someone who enjoys learning and giving great service, teamwork mentality and has good communication skills. You must be willing to work weekends and nights. This position is paid hourly, with full medical benefits, vacation pay and bonuses.
