Who You Are
The Assistant General Manager – Walnut Creek will be a responsible leader who can support the General Manager in ensuring consistently exceptional guest and employee experiences, incredible food, strong financial results, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the General Manager to execute business concepts and strategies as directed. They will be responsible to continuously evaluate service levels and standards, to implement the Gott’s Hospitality Standards to ensure that guests are always at the forefront of every action taken, and ensure employees are set up for success through training, feedback, and recognition.
