THE POSITION:
We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our experienced team of swim instructors.
HOURS: 1:00 - 6:00 Monday through Thursday (Must commit to the full days and hours)
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 an hour depending on experience plus bonus incentives based on performance.
Our school is a year-round private swim school. We teach only private lessons to students between 3 to 8 years of age from non-swimming to competitive stroke coaching. We maintain an outstanding reputation with an exceptional teaching staff. Our teaching staff is well versed in the knowledge of swimming and child development. All instructors are trained to teach our specific method which is fun, positive, and engaging while at the same time a structured learning experience. We strive for all of our students to acquire a love of swimming and water safety while being organized and to develop proficient techniques.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
All candidates must have-
1. Swimming background
2. 1+ years of teaching swim lessons required
3. Current CPR card
4. Excellent communication skills with both students and parents.
