Busy team of draftsmen/women seeking licensed CA Architect to help with the following:
-Red line plans for thorougness prior to submitting.
-Meet with potential clients.
-Troubeshoot issues.
-Submit plans in person and measure homes when needed.
-Take on commercial projects, especially restaurants.
$50-$70/HR. None of the work above requirtes stamping, except when taking on commercial projects. For which we'd come to terms on a flat fee.
This is part time/on call. We will do our best to accomodate your schedule. Should live in or around Oakland. Retirees welcome.
