Hiring Interior Designer – AutoCAD, Chief Architect, 3D Renderings & Material Selection
We are a construction company and we are looking for a skilled Interior Designer to join our team! If you have experience in AutoCAD, Chief Architect, 3D renderings, and interior design, along with a strong understanding of building codes and finish materials selection, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Create and modify floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Chief Architect.
Develop realistic 3D renderings to present design concepts.
Work closely with clients to select and coordinate finishes, materials, and fixtures for various projects.
Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to bring projects to life.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and materials in interior design.
Requirements:
Proven experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Chief Architect, and 3D rendering software.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and material selection.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
Detail-oriented with a passion for creative and functional design.
