Construction Project Manager - Specialty Metal / Glass

Established custom architectural glass and metal fabrication company seeks project managers / coordinators / estimators to join our team of professionals on full time basis to participate in the execution of major, high profile projects in the Bay Area.

This is your opportunity to find a long term position with a skilled team in a specialized discipline of the construction industry.

Applicants should have knowledge and experience in CUSTOM ARCHITECTURAL METAL & GLASS FABRICATION as it relates to commercial construction and be competent in:

Print reading with ability to do quantity take-offs, optimization, materials procurement and pricing as necessary.

Knowledge of AutoCAD (2D and/or 3D) would be helpful and desirable but not a prerequisite

Project submittals, approvals and submissions of product data.

Responsibility for profitability and schedules of your projects with our operations team and the general contractor.

Metal Fabrication (not HVAC) along with Glass & Hand Railing Assemblies with Code and Theory knowledge.

Structural and Misc Iron and Steel Fabrication and Erection experience would be very helpful.

Familiarization of All types of All Metal and Fabrication Machinery - Shears, Brakes, Tube Bending, Rolls, Punch Press, Mill, Grinding & Polishing Equip will be helpful. Stainless Steel, Brass, Bronze, & Aluminum fabrication and All the Associated Architectural Metal Finishes

Understanding of Glass and Glazing would be helpful and desirable

Experience in coordination of project installations with professional conduct and appearance at jobsites.

Positive attitude and dependable work ethics are welcomed and required

Able to work well and collaborate with fellow employees in a time-sensitive environment

Clean DMV and CA Driver's Lic. to drive our vehicles
