Responsibilities:
- Conduct small group sessions after school and on weekends for kids and teenagers, helping them develop their tennis skills and techniques.
- Create a safe, supportive, and enjoyable atmosphere that encourages kids to fall in love with tennis.
Requirements:
- Basic tennis skills are required for coaching younger kids, while more advanced skills are necessary for teaching teenagers.
- Experience working with youth, either in a formal or informal setting, is highly valued. If you've mentored, tutored, or volunteered with young people, we want to hear from you!
- A positive attitude, a playful spirit, and a genuine passion for helping kids unlock their potential.
Certification and Training:
No certification? No worries! We provide comprehensive training and certification to all our coaches. We believe in investing in your growth and ensuring you have the tools to succeed.
Compensation:
You'll be generously compensated at an hourly rate of $40 to $65, depending on your experience level. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance and positive feedback from parents and campers.
