Salary: $66,560 + Bonuses per year
We are seeking a full-time (exempt), bilingual (Spanish) Lead Instructor to manage the education staff at our Southern California schools as well as in our online education programs!
Bilingual in Spanish (speaking, reading & writing) is required.
Good oral and written skills for effective communication.
Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong attention to detail.
Must have the desire to motivate students and to improve their performance.
Education:
High school degree or equivalent
Experience:
In the Construction industry is a plus
Ca Contractor's License a plus but not required
Job responsibilities and training include:
Maximize the performance (quality and effectiveness) of our instructors.
Assist in all aspects of recruiting, evaluation, and retention of qualified instructors.
Conduct training of new instructors.
One-on-one tutoring sessions with students.
Good basic math skills, and basic print reading.
