Mother’s Helper Needed

Seeking a Mother’s Helper for my wife. We have three little ones under the age of five and could use some extra hands. We are looking for someone motherly, not a college student, as our family has been through a lot since the fires and needs someone mature and grounded. Most of the sitter websites are university students, so no need to guide me there. We have a large property and would want someone who enjoys being outdoors with little ones. Pay is very open for the right candidate and schedule is flexible. Ideally someone located in or familiar with the Santa Cruz Mountains. Thanks in advance!
