Kassirer Sports is run by a former professional Wimbledon tennis player.
We are hiring part time employees who are skilled, youth sports coaches to teach afternoon weekday classes starting week of February 12th through June 5th.
Sports included are: Basketball, Tennis, Soccer, Track and Field, Ultimate Frisbee and Volleyball. Students are ages 5-14. Classes will be held at 16 elementary and middle schools In Richmond, San Pablo, El Sobrante and Pinhole. Coaches drive to schools in their community to teach group classes after school dismissal.
Shifts are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays from 2:45pm-6pm on on Wed from 1:15pm-4:30pm or 1:30pm-4:45pm, in Richmond, El Cerrito and San Pablo.
We also have additional 1.25 hour shifts available in El Cerrito and Albany; Monday - Fridays from 2:35pm-3:50pm for Tennis, Basketball and Volleyball coaches.
This is part time work with a flexible schedule. You can teach 1 - 5 days per week (Monday - Friday)
Requirements to Coach:
17 years of age or older
Have your own transportation
Skilled athlete in sport you want to coach.
Positive, Patient, enthusiastic demeanor
Punctual and able to commit to 8 - 12 week sessions.
Enjoys being around kids ages 5-10 and is confident in managing a group of 8-12 kids
No coaching experience required; (if you are 17-19 you must have some experience working with youth)
Availability weekday afternoons for one to two 1.25 hour shifts. Times vary per school, and day.
Clear DOJ finger printing with no priors

schedules based around your availability
Pay:
$36-$40 per hour
Reimbursement for Live Scan finger printing which is required prior to starting
