Job Number: 10354Location: Marina, San Francisco
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Family needs flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, overnights and travel. This position starts ASAP.
Children: 2 months old and 13 years old (no care needed for the 13 year old)
Duties: Childcare, driving child, attending classes with child, children's event planning, light housekeeping, family's laundry, meal preparation, cooking for child, purchasing children's items, errands, grocery shopping, pet care, scheduling and supervising vendors, family event planning, traveling with the family
Requirements: Ideal candidate has extensive experience with infants, is patient and warm, loves being outdoors and has a great sense of humor. Early childhood education or child development degree a plus. Driver with a car for use on the job required. Must be comfortable with parents working from home and have or be willing to obtain up-to-date vaccinations, including COVID, MMR, Dtap, and flu vaccinations. Must also be good with dogs and be comfortable traveling with the family.
Salary: $35-$40 per hour; plus guaranteed pay 52 weeks of the year, two weeks paid vacation, six or seven paid holidays, five paid sick days, medical insurance stipend
Requirements: Recent, long-term, professional (paid) experience with children, ideally as a Nanny in a private home with excellent references. Long-term teaching experience with children and recent & substantial work doing in-home childcare for a family may also qualify.
