Location: Palo Alto
Schedule: Candidate will generally work 25-30 hours per week, but Family will guarantee pay for 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm must be covered, as well as a date night every other week and a few hours on Saturday or Sunday morning every other weekend; Family and Candidate will agree to specific schedule on a monthly basis, but Family is seeking a Candidate who can be flexible as needed
Children: 6 year old twins
Duties: Childcare, driving children, planning events and activities for children, attending children's classes and activities, homework help and tutoring as needed, cooking and meal prep for children, grocery shopping, running errands, managing family's calendar, scheduling vendors and service providers, household organization and projects as needed
Requirements: Ideal Candidate is engaging, energetic, professional, organized, flexible, and has several years of experience as a Nanny and Family Assistant. A Candidate with prior experience in Teaching or Education is highly preferred, although not required. The children will be the main priority in this role, and Candidate will help with Family Assistant tasks earlier in the day while children are in school. Candidate must be tech savvy and comfortable with parents working from home. Candidate must drive and must have access to a vehicle for use on the job.
Salary: $83,500-$95,000 per year (approximately $50+ per hour for working 25-30 hours per week) plus benefits: guaranteed pay 52 weeks per year, paid vacation time, paid sick time, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement

Long-term teaching experience with children and recent & substantial work doing in-home childcare for a family may also qualify.
