Client Service Representative are responsible for coordinating client needs including: answering phones, appointment scheduling, referral coordination, inputting medical records and excellent customer service. Must enjoy connecting with people and sharing a love of pets. Must have a very professional demeanor, ability to multitask and strong computer skills. Veterinary experience not required but appreciated.
Pharmacy assistant- Oversight on medication refills, medication requests from clients and doctor communication about prescriptions.
Position for the right candidate that is full-time: Compensation based on experience $23+/hr. Paid time off, sick leave, continuing education stipend, health insurance premium, dental, vision, 401K, employee discount. Part-time considered for the right candidate.
