About the Role:
We are seeking a sophisticated Luxury Fashion Store Manager & Brand Representative to lead our boutique with excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about high-end fashion, has an exceptional sense of style, and delivers a personalized, world-class customer experience. This role is both strategic and client-facing, blending operational leadership with strong brand ambassadorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Leadership & Operations:
Oversee all aspects of boutique operations with a focus on luxury standards.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Monitor KPIs and drive strategies to achieve boutique sales targets.
Maintain visual merchandising in line with brand aesthetics and guidelines.
Manage stock levels, deliveries, and back-of-house organization efficiently.
Client Experience & Brand Representation:
Provide exceptional, tailored service to VIP and high-value clients.
Build long-term relationships with clientele through personalized styling and follow-up.
Represent the brand’s heritage, values, and image with professionalism.
Resolve client concerns with discretion and poise.
Host private appointments and exclusive in-store events as needed.
Requirements:
Retail management experience in luxury fashion or luxury retail NOT NECESSARY BUT PREFERED.
Proven track record in achieving sales goals and building client loyalty.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Deep understanding of luxury client expectations and fashion trends.
Elegant presentation and excellent communication skills.
Proficient in POS systems, clienteling tools, and basic reporting software.
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French, Mandarin) are a plus.
