Our operations team is looking for a hard working, dedicated, and reliable Project Manager to join the ranks as we look to expand and continue our success. This is an entry level Project Management position.

Responsibilities for Project Manager
Maintain world class customer service with our clients throughout all phases of their experience
Maintain a world class level of rapport with our installation teams by fully supporting their needs and keeping a close eye on project details and timelines
Work directly other Project Managers and Construction Coordinator to help implement all phases of our construction process
Meet with homeowners to assess feasibility of sold projects prior to installation
Problem solve and consult solutions with customers and installation teams
Be able to clearly communicate project milestones with customers, installation teams, and management
Assist with any necessary building permits
Manage permit inspections
Coordinate with our purchasing manager material orders
Work closely with our San Jose warehouse manager to ensure accuracy of materials on projects
Pick up and deliver any necessary construction materials to job sites
Requirements for Project Manager
Customer Service Experience
A basic knowledge of construction - more experience here is a plus!
Ability to see the team first
Handle a large volume of driving throughout the Bay Area while working independently
Ability to lift heavy items
Ability to multi-task at a high level
