Are you looking to join a progressive out-patient orthopedic physical therapy team? Peak Physical Therapy is looking for an outgoing, customer service oriented front office coordinator to join our team. Peak Physical Therapy is an independent, physical therapist owned, private practice in Cupertino.
You will truly enjoy coming to work each day. We love helping our patients get better and celebrate their successes. We make therapy fun and challenging for our patients. Peak Physical Therapy is community-based and we support local schools, clubs and philanthropic organizations, like Cupertino Little League, One Warm Coat and Second Harvest Food Bank. We believe in a sports minded approach to patient care using a combination of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.

Qualifications:
1 year customer service experience
1 year office experience
Preferred 1 year medical office experience

Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduling patients, answering phones, responding to voicemail and email, and manage wait list
Collect all patient payments
Interact graciously with patients and co-workers
Correspond with referring providers professionally and graciously
Payments from patients and insurance companies are processed and deposited daily
Cleanliness of front desk area and office is maintained
Patient data is accurately inputted into EMR scheduling system
Verify insurance benefits for all patients
Maintain business records
Follow all HIPPA regulations
Assist in other tasks as directed by manager or physical therapists
Participate in monthly staff meetings
