Job Title: Member Services Representative (Part Time)

We provide a range of services, including yoga classes, workshops, and events aimed at fostering a supportive environment for our members to connect with each other. Our facility also includes a Longevity Spa with remedies and emergent treatments including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, sauna and cold plunge, sound beds, LED therapy, and other wellness technologies.

Job Description:

The main work zone is at the reception desk: checking guests in, answering guest questions, and ensuring facilities are well presented. This person will also be responsible for onboarding new guests to our spa equipment and maintaining spa facilities, and supporting programming setup and breakdown.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily member check-ins

- Biohacking spa & yoga check-ins

- Space maintenance & cleanliness

- Online Q&A support to our members & prospects

- Providing excellent customer service

Qualifications:

- Customer Service & Effective Communication - Greeting visitors and handling calls with a focus on community engagement

- Organization & time management – Managing schedules, appointments, and paperwork efficiently

- Multitasking – Handling multiple tasks, such as answering calls, scheduling, and assisting visitors, simultaneously

- Attention to Detail – Ensuring accurate record-keeping and appointment scheduling

- Problem-Solving – Addressing customer inquiries or resolving minor issues independently

- Technology – Experience with / ability to learn Google Workspace, scheduling and POS software systems

- Work Experience – 1 to 3+ years of customer service or administrative experience

- Education – High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $32/hour

Benefits: Free usage of biohacking spa remedies subject to availability.

Hours: 8am-4pm on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays weekly. There will also be unplanned opportunities to substitute for other Member Services Representatives when necessary.
