Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Warmly greeting customers and providing assistance with any inquiries or concerns.
- Guiding customers through the use of washers, dryers and product offerings.
- Maintaining Laundré's pristine appearance, because cleanliness sets us apart.
- Efficiently managing and processing wash-and-fold orders on a daily basis, showcasing your stellar time management skills.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as clearing dryer vents and wiping down machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Educating customers on effective stain removal techniques and best laundry practices, because knowledge is power.
- Being available for both opening and closing shifts, and having the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrating proficiency in English to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
