Looking for an energetic person with excellent customer service skills to join our team in our UPS Store locations. Must be a fast learner with demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team. Prior shipping experience is not required.
This is a full time position between 2 UPS store in our Sebastopol & Santa Rosa location, not a UPS driver or UPS corporate position.
Compensation starts at $18 - $22 per hour, depending on experience. No medical or dental benefits are offered.
Job requirements:
Good technology experience, Email files, USB drives, downloading .PDF files
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail
Multi-tasking ability
Fast learner
Able to follow direction
Cash handling experience
Job duties:
Helping customers ship parcels (via UPS and USPS, international and domestic)
Sending and receiving faxes
Scanning documents
Packing items for shipping
Providing photocopy services (color or black and white printing)
Selling office and packaging supplies
